Sprinkler Boss’s Terms and Conditions, Scheduling, Rate, and Warranty Policies.  Please Read Before Scheduling!  Sprinkler Boss specializes in irrigation systems.  Our team of technicians has been extensively trained in hydraulics to give you the best outcome for your irrigation needs. All culinary (Clean Drinking Water)  Mainline  Irrigation work will be done by our licensed plumber or a plumber of your choosing and will be scheduled ahead of irrigation work.   We offer a diagnostic service at $90, which may be applied towards the cost of any subsequent work we perform to address the identified issue. should you choose to have us carry out the necessary repairs or services, the initial diagnostic fee will be waived. Due to the nature of our work, which entails addressing a range of issues with varying degrees of complexity and time requirements, coupled with the need to service multiple jobs in a given day, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide a specific time of day for when a technician will arrive, despite the availability of specific time slots in our online booking service. While you may select a preferred time slot for your appointment day, please note that this does not guarantee a precise time of day for the day you have chosen. Instead, a Sprinkler Boss Technician will contact you from the preceding location to communicate an estimated arrival time, thus providing you with the most accurate information possible given the dynamic nature of our schedule.  Sprinkler Boss has a 1-year warranty on ALL parts and labor done by our technicians.  “At Sprinkler Boss, we stand behind our workmanship and expertise, offering a comprehensive one-year warranty on all parts and labor performed by our technicians. In alignment with this warranty policy, we are unable to utilize parts provided by the customer, instead employing our own high-quality components to ensure optimal performance and longevity of the irrigation system.

To further uphold the quality of our services, we have implemented a strict ‘Replace to Repair’ policy, whereby any malfunctioning or damaged items will be replaced with new parts rather than being repaired. For instance, in the event of a clogged nozzle, we will replace it entirely rather than attempting to unclog it. Similarly, if a valve is leaking, we will replace the valve instead of attempting to repair the leak. It’s important to note that while our warranty covers most issues, it does not extend to damage caused by neglect, such as broken lines due to freezing, broken heads caused by lawnmowers, or clogged valves or nozzles due to inadequate maintenance of the mainline filter. When it comes to estimating the cost of our services, we make every effort to be as accurate as possible, drawing on our extensive experience and knowledge to provide a fair and reasonable quote. However, as each project is unique and can vary in terms of materials and time required, we cannot guarantee an exact price until the work has been completed. Technicians may provide a rough estimate, but this should be viewed as a preliminary figure rather than a final quote.
